Easter Seals Oklahoma is a 19,000 square foot facility with an additional 14,000 sf of beautiful outdoor space located on the Oklahoma Health Sciences Center campus with the mission "to enhance the quality of life for children and adults with disabilities so they may live with equality, dignity and independence". Easter Seals Oklahoma has been providing services to Oklahoma's children and adults since 1925.

Programs include an inclusive and intergenerational Child Development Center, Adult Day Health Center, and Medical Rehabilitation Services.

Child Development Center

Hours: M-F 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Ages: 6 weeks to 5 years

Easter Seals inclusive Child Development Center welcomes children of all abilities:

Adult Day Health Center

Hours: M-F 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Ages: 21 years to 100+ years

Do you worry when you leave your loved one home alone? Do you think a nursing home is your only choice? With Easter Seals you are not alone caring for a loved one with frail health or disability. Easter Seals Adult Day Health Center (ADHC) partners with you to provide your loved one with:    1) physical, social and emotional needs in a safe homelike setting and 2) provide caregivers much needed respite from the demands of caregiving. The many benefits include:

  • Daily interaction with new friends.
  • Activities tailored for individual ability and interest, such as gardening, arts & crafts, and Cooking 101.  
  • Wholesome, nutritionally balanced hot meals & snacks.
  • Dignified assistance and support with bathing and nail care
    and other activities of daily living.
  • Professionally trained and credentialed staff, including Activity Director, Licensed Nurse, Medication Aids, and CNA's.
  • Skilled nursing services including nursing supervision, care management and incontinence care.

Whether enjoying our lovely outdoor garden and pond, relaxing in the theater room, enjoying soothing spa services or participating in music therapy, you can feel confident your loved one is in excellent hands. Our program uses individual plans of care to provide a variety of health, social recreational and therapeutic activities, supervision, support services and personal care.

Medical Rehabilitation Services

Hours: M-F 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

On-site Speech therapy provided by a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Free speech screenings for public schools, child development centers, child care facilities, and children from our community.

Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy consultations provided on-site through a partnership with the Lee Mitchener Tolbert Center for Developmental Disabilities.

Direct Services provide necessary services and equipment for children with disabilities. Easter Seals can assist families who are economically eligible receive medical evaluations, ear and eye surgeries, etc. for children.  We also work with families to provide equipment and supplies such as eye glasses, hearing aids, wheelchairs and walkers for children.
